Fayah Swim Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fayah Swim purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility for full refund Returns: You may return any unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of receipt for items that are defective. Please ensure all tags are still attached, and the item is in its original packaging.

  •  If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately to initiate a  return process or in the self servie option in your customer account.  if for some reason you can't create an account , or need help create a request by navigating to the contact section.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges for Other Issues: If you are not satisfied with your order for reasons other than defects, we offer exchanges. You can exchange your item for a different size, style, or receive store credit within 14 days of receiving the item.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

  2. Submit Order Information: Navigate to the "Orders" section of your account and submit the order number for the item you wish to return or exchange.

  3. Select Return or Exchange: Choose whether you would like to return a defective item for a refund or exchange for a different size, style, or store credit.

  4. Receive Confirmation: Once your request is processed, you will receive confirmation with further instructions on how to return the item or process the exchange.

Additional Information

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for returns and exchanges to be processed once we receive your item.

  • Store Credit: If you choose store credit, it will be issued to your account and can be used on future purchases at FayahSwim.com.
